''Apoy sa Dagat,'' touted to be ABS-CBN's most passionate primetime drama series, premieres tonight on Primetime Bida. Expect the series to ''set TV screens on fire'' as lead cast members Piolo Pascual, Angelica Panganiban and Diether Ocampo unravel a compelling story of burning love among their characters: Ruben, Serena and Anton, respectively. Angelica, by the way, plays the dual role of Serena and Rebecca.
Also in the cast of ''Apoy sa Dagat'' are Angel Aquino, Aiko Melendez, Sylvia Sanchez, Perla Bautista, Liza Lorena, Freddie Webb, Melai Cantiveros, Eric Fructuoso, Regine Angeles, Bryan Santos and Mikaila Ramirez, with the special participation of Nikki Gil, Empress and Patrick Garcia. The series is directed by FM Reyes and Nick Olanka.
